The color that best represents me is the color Purple. The color Purple represents me because it is formed from the two most opposite colors Fire red and Water blue. The fire represents the anger and defiant side in me. The blue represents the calm and caring side in me. Mix those together and you get the color purple all those emotions fit into one category. Thus thats the color that represents me. In short you could call the color purple unique.

The number one thing I hate about some teachers is when they make their class a dictatorship and fail kids because they don't like them and their opinions.  I mean I understand it's there class and all (actually goverrnments classroom) but that doesn't mean that they have to cancel others from having an opinion and the rightful grade just because you dont get along and just because they don't agree with your opinion. If you ask a kid to give an opinion on a topic and they give you an opinion that you don't agree with , or get  into an argument where a kid makes you mad and so you carry a grudge against them you brought it on yourself for asking there opinion and the student could of been right. So how are u going to get mad because they have a different opinion.  If everyone thought the same, the world would be chaotic. So instead of kicking that person out are telling them how wrong they are without even considering it and failing them because you don't like them.  this is a immature display of power. Just realize that  for all you teachers out there that do this you have a personal problem and do not deserve to be a teacher and like all dictatorships have proven your power will eventually fade. Just know while your grading someone else someone is not far behind grading you. it may take a while but eventually you will get the pink slip that you deserve.

How am i doing? I am fine thanks for asking. The month of April has been nothing but fun for me with the exception of a few things. School wise I have improved my grades drastically with the exception of you and ms.west class. I have been having fun in every class with the exception of you and ms.West class. I have had no real trouble with the exception of you and ms.West class. I understand why my teachers do the things they do and believe there only trying to help me with the exception of you and ms.West class. I look forward to going into my classes with the exception of you and ms.West class. I've got the rest of my high school year planned out. Im going to continue passing classes except im not gonna care about english this year because im at a 26.7% im tired of staying up late at night not getting that much sleep to get the same failed result. Im also very good in english and think I would have a better time next year with ms.Ramirez and catch up.I would rather take the enitiative and focus on algebra because i have a 58.7% and could easily put that to a D are even a C. Life wise Im still the same person, I still have the people I care about, I still am persuing my dream in BMX,but most of all I have my Health and the system still hasn't broken me so Im feeling really good i have lots of good things coming to me in my 6,212 days on earth and I can see something great coming out of me as well. So overall it could be better but little Kiwi likes the way his little world is going. Thanks for the check in and hope you have a better class next year then this year.

CST Testing Reflection

The CST's went really well for me because i took the test seriously. I used all my test taking skills that i've learned over the years and i am confident that i got 100 percent on it. I know that sounds a bit cocky but thats how easy the test felt. when i first started the CST'S it was fun because i had Khyree in my class and we were constantly making each other laugh, the second day was kinda boring because i din't have Khyree in my class and it was the algebra part. The good thing about that day though was when Isaac got kicked out it was so funny because he said the most retarded thing it was a you had to be there moment. On the final day of testing i didn't make it to the CST'S because my dryer broke down so i had no clothes which resulted in me being truant. haha but in the end i enjoyed the glorius attempt of the outside world giving me another challenge in which i conquered.The CST'S were fun and i hope all the underclassmen passed the CST'S because i really don't want to have people in our class teaching us and our teachers how to learn i mean aren't having some of these teachers bad enough.

My Feelings About The Upcoming CST's

I don't really feel anything but normal about taking this test because I am confident that im going to do well on the CST'S. it is just a bunch of things mixed together from all my past grade levels. i've learned all the test taking strategys to keep my cool and in control so as long as i have confidence and a great breakfast of cocoa pebbles and cookie crisp there is no way i can fail this test. i really hope that all the sophomores pass the test because i know that if they all just have confidence and don't get tired ,upset are lazy they will ace this test. after all for most of us maybe, all this isn't the first time we've taken this test. Just a little tip for those who don't think they can pass.If  you have to start the test from back to front because most of the easiest questions are always torwards the end.

Free Choice Blog Post

During Spafest there were a lot of things that happened. For one there was a talent show that I didn't go to but heard a lot of good things about. There was a basketball game in which the team i was on won 4 out of 5 games. There was the huge amount of food that I saw but couldn't eat because of my mouth was swollen. The highlight of the night was the dance in which there were so many people just giggin it and having fun. It was a night that i will remember for a while because i felt so good and excited to be with somewhat my friends doing random stuff and getting off. I was most surprised when Aryon and Becky were dancing because I've only seen Aryon dance once and he didn't do as much before as he did that night. As for Becky I've never seen her dance before but after that dance, now I know that she has moves and when you play a good song and she’s around expect a lot of people to sit down and be jealous because she is downright incredible.:)   Besides the sophomores there was someone in my house that stood out was my junior housemate Angel who has never actually danced before but at the dance he was hella giggin it. Everytime i turned around he was either with another female ,getting off are just plain doing his own thing.  I was kind of shocked that K.A.P.T didn't show up at the dance ready to go. the only ones that showed up was me and Pablo but it was ok it's good to have a little PLAYTIME. ,") in all it was a night to remember and it gets even better because we are having another dance pretty soon only this time there won't be as much authority at this one then at the other one.

I didn't pay much attention to the music, i was concerned with more important things but from experience i don't think for me the music would of been a big help in a way you could say it was kind of pointless. it was a little to dull for my taste. as for the inspiring part i would rather had done it without music because i don't care really for music unless im bored and not being able to choose my own music isn't that helpful.

Playwrights project 12 line scene

Timmy the Leaf and Mickey the Twig are two best friends who have been living at the south cebntral neighborhood park sinceTheir parents demise from being used as fire wood and salad. they are both now 1 inch and it is now summer once again and Twig and Leaf find themselves at there favorite pond discussing the arrival of the humans.

Timmy : Man it's the time i've dreaded for years them darn humans are back on summer break to make meals out of us.

Mickey : Haha not me your the salad boy im the fire starter.

Timmy : thats not funny mick we really need to be careful i mean you remember last year if that praying mantis hadn't gotten me in time....  and also Mom and dad....( akward silence).

Mickey : but lets not think about that he did get to you in time and your alive so i think thats something to be grateful for. (Mickey takes the dirt he's been holding and throws it in the pond) and about the humans if we just stay aways from the palm trees they shouldn't be able to find us.

Timmy : did you forget about the wind? she is so in love with me and if i refuse her she blows me over to the other side of the park.

Mickey : oh yeh i almost forgot he he he how bout when she comes instead of making like a tree and leafing i should stay and stick to you like glue to make sure that doesn't happen..(mickey laughs hysterically rolling on the floor not realizing that Timmy has walked away in disgust)

Today In class i looked up my research question and found alot of sites. to search for the websites. i could choose to use a timeline with different resources are i could use the wonder wheel which does something i can't remember, and the third thing i don't remember at all so tomorrow im kinda expecting a lecture from priester. some of the websites i had originally chosen i found to be below grade level and found  one that stood out to me. it is a good website and i will continue finding more as i go on.

Third quarter awards review

On friday i attended the 3rd Quarter awards assembly. it was an ok assembly with lots of awards given out to students.one of the things that surprised me was when nikki got an award because i guess he was noticed for being a nice person around the campus. it was very weird because i've known nikki for a while now and that was something i really couldn't see him as. I was very excited for getting my two awards because the last time i got awards like that was when i was in juvie. I was expecting a little bit more awards then that because of my dramatic change this quarter. At the next awards assembly i expect to see more guys getting awards then girls because i only seen like 5 guys getting an award and like 20 girls getting awards i also want to continue what im doing and get more awards to put on the wall.

My focus question is Does getting a High School Diploma guarantee that you will get a job. I know that in society today employers mostly want people who have a high school diploma are some sort of advanced schooling but i've seen that just because you have a high school diploma doesn't mean your automatically set. All a high school diploma does is show your employer your skills and your educational background and gives you more of a chance to get a job.There are some people who graduate High School with a diploma and end up bums on the street. there are people who drop out of high school but still have a sturdy and high paying job. So before you call a kid a nerd for wanting to get his high school diploma are call a kid dumb for wanting to drop out just know that both are either one can end up a bum on the street are a highly payed business person.

Fourth Quarter Kickoff

I think the fourth quarter kickoff could of been better but at the same time it was pretty fun. It was a break after break, no school just sports and a movie. my favorite game was capture the flag because my team dominated and it involved teamwork athleticism and a vertual  needing of army smarts. in all it was a good day and my team won every sport so im kinda expecting a party. To my peers of team 1 i hope i have each one of you as my team mates next year.

What i learned in the third quarter of english 9/10

I didn't really learn anything that's gonna benefit me for when i go to the next grade. Two things i think i learned by being in this class is that anytime someone ask you to speak your mind don't because most likely you will get in a heap of trouble. Also i have a new understanding of offensive words.

Where have you gone ,Charming Billy? Breaking News!!

Breaking News,We have just Recieved word that a Vietnam soldier by the name of Billy Boy Watkins who was pronounced missing at 1900 on the early morning of Tuesday. He has been found dead under a blanket of leaves. The cause of death is not known at the moment but the officers in Sektor 7 division 0247 have said that it does not look like foul play was involved. Mr. Watkins leaves behind a wife and two kids ,Zach 11 and Tiffany 5. An autopsy will review the cause of death but until then the family and friends of Billy Boy Watkins are getting ready for the memorial service. We are told it will be held in exactly one weeks time.  I've been a little exasperated the last few weeks because i've had so many absenses in the month of February that my grades have plummeted down. I have lots of make-up work i have to do but i feel like im getting overwhelmed because besides the make-up work i still have to pay attention to my current work and making up work is not really my strong point thats why i try to stay ahead of it because i know it's difficult for me when i get in those situations. School work set aside im also having much problems on the residential side and my personal life so im kinda trying as hard as i can but i can see that if i don't fix these problems soon i might end up back where i started.

CAHSEE Reflection

I predict that 83% of the people who took the English part of the CAHSEE passed it. For the 17% that didn't pass it i believe it is because they got bored on the test are didn't really try because the test is really easy and the answers are all right there in front of you. although it may have questions on things we may not of learned overall i predict that the scores were in the 300's.

Being in the Military

  I would not join the military because it is not something that really interest me. I feel if i went to the military i probably wouldn't be able to handle generals, captains cursing and yelling at me everyday, ordering me around. I've also seen the effects of the military and what it does to people. the military was meant for certain people and im not one of them.  I would  rather live my life being known for being a famous biker then being known in the military as that guy who died, didn't obey orders,  had arguments everyday because he can't handle it.

Feelings about the CAHSEE

When i took the cahsee test last year i felt confidence. It was amazing how easy the test was because many talked about how it was so hard and how it was long and boring. My experience with the cahsee is that basically if you know how to read and write and have confidence you will pass the exam with flying colors also that if you start to get bored and fall asleep don't because the farther you get through the cahsee the easier it is. So in all just don't stress on it and you should do fine.

Athletics are important to me because it keeps me out of trouble and it's all im mostly into. If there were no Athletics i really doubt i would continue high school. Athletics is a positive reward for those who get above a 2.0 and by having athletics it's a good motivator for teens to do just that. The reason some kids fail is because they have no motivation having a good quantity of athletics is a good motivator. I think Athletics do prepare young people for life for example just like a real job if you want a reward you have to earn it Athletics you have to earn by doing your school work. Aditionally in life you try out jobs to see whats best for you and in school you try Athletics to see whats best for you and just like in life that sport could turn out to be your career just like that job you tried could be your career. As a result Athletics are important to teens because it could be there career are it could lead to an even greater career like when your done playing school sports you could do Wrestling, BMX,Volleyball, Swimming, Motorcross, UFC, are even coaching if you have experience in those sports.

everyone who has the chance to comment the freshmans blogs should take it because your only young once and it's just a way to show them that we appreciate the things they do. I mean who doesn't like having people saying good things about them. even tho it seems like a small thing to do it could have a big impact on the younger classmen for the better.

Sophomore Paragraph

What does it mean to be a sophomore? Since this is my second year as a sophomore I have learned that being a sophomore means that you've made a step forward to the next level from when you used to be a freshman and are one step closer to your graduation day. Being a sophomore means that you get ready for the CAHSEE test. It means your gonna be taking some new easier and harder classes. It means your going to be meeting some new people that could turn out to be your best friend or your worst enemy. It's usually where you find some of your strenghts and faults. It means you have a year of experience. It means that now that your not the rookie of the school anymore most of the time teachers,parents,older peers,younger peers may expect more from you. when your a sophomore when you do something wrong and get in trouble usually your looked down on because some people believe that that type of thing is fresman year stuff and childish, also the way you act because if many people don't like the way you act as a sophomore your usually called immature and other things like that it's kinda unfortunate and sad when people say your not a immature freshman anymore start acting like a sophomore,I think it's kinda dumb to say because not all freshman are immature ive had friends freshman year that were more mature then most of this campus and on this campus i've seen mature freshman so you can't expect the same maturity and progress from everyone because everyone is different and has there own unique ways of learning and getting by. I mean just because you have a certain title that society has given you(freshman sophomore junior senior)doesn't mean you have to live up to it. live up to your own title that you feel works for you. If joking around alot but still doing your work and getting a passing grade in your class works for you then do it. If your the type that has to keep calm and doesn't believe in joking around because you work better when your quiet then do that. if you sometimes tap your pencil during a test because the rhythym helps you think you might want to do it quietly so only you can here but do it So in all i believe that what it means to be a sophomore is the same as asking what it means to be yourself.

Memorable Valentines Day

The most Memorable Valentines Day i had was when i was in elementary school and my dad asked me what did i want to get for my class party that we were having. i told him i didn't want anything for those kids because they were jerks he said it wasnt polite to call others names and asked me why i thought that i told him how i felt the other kids didn't like me because made fun of my long hair and probably wouldn't even get me anything. my dad responded by saying that i shouldn't just be in it for getting gifts and that maybe if you give to someone else they will most likely give back.since what goes around comes around i would be rewarded in the future.That day is special to me because just being able to remember the dad i used to have and how that one day changed my outlook on valentines day.Just to comepare how back then and now ive grown I went from a selfish kid who wanted everything on valentines day and if i don't get anything you don't get anything attitude to a person who doesn't ask of anything but just gives to people on valentines day puts a smile on my face.
